I am Maria Inmaculada Alemany Martin, but many of you know me as Mery. I was born in Valencia in July 1994, and since then I have been exploring the world of cooking and early childhood education. After a childhood full of Mediterranean aromas in Alginet, I landed in L'Alcúdia, where I currently live.
I am passionate about creating dishes that surprise and excite, and I also love to stimulate the imagination of the little ones as a teacher. I am always looking for new ways to inspire and teach with positive energy and lots of enthusiasm.
Whether in the kitchen or in the classroom, you will never find me still! I am all heart and passion for cooking and the education of the little ones.
Miquel Carrión Benavent

I'm Miquel Carrión Benavent, composer and director Alcudia. I learned the tricks of the trade at the Superior Conservatory of Music in Valencia and also spent a season at the "Liszt Academy" in Budapest (not only to eat goulash, but also to learn some music).
Among other things, I have written works such as "El hombre con 7 Segundos de Memoria" and "Sant Jordi", which I premiered with the Hungarian National Radio Orchestra.
Currently, I am busier than a cat in a fishmonger, between giving music lessons, composing and conducting the Alcudiana Philharmonic Orchestra.
Our History
A few years ago
It all started with a party that neither of them wanted to go to.

At first, our relationship was typical of two teenagers in love: walking around town holding hands, evenings in the park laughing and sharing secrets, and long bedtime texts (or phone calls). We experienced the joys of discovering love and the hardships of growing up together as we developed as individuals.

To infinity and beyond
Mery, the flavor expert, and Miquel, the teaching brain, decided to merge their worlds and live together. After an epic search, they found the perfect apartment, which more than a home, seemed like a blank canvas waiting for their follies. With Mery as chef decorator and Miquel as executive director of logistics, they turned the apartment into a place worthy of a magazine. Between renovations and laughter, they discovered the magic of sharing space.
